Obama Gaffes Are Not Gaffes – He is a Rigid Ideologue
WASHINGTON – The Republican National Committee releases “These Aren’t Gaffes” to demonstrate President Obama’s lack of commitment and understanding of the poor economic conditions. Just last week, it was revealed that President Obama’s Jobs Council has not met in 6 months, yet he found enough time for 111 fundraisers and 10 golf outings. This is on top of his latest comment that job creators didn’t build their business– “somebody else made that happen.” The more these happen, the more obvious it becomes that these aren’t gaffes, this is what President Obama believes.
“The more we hear from President Obama about the economy the more we realize that he doesn’t understand what it takes to get America working again,” said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. “President Obama believes that ‘the private sector is doing fine’ and entrepreneurs are successful because of government efforts, not their individual hard work and sacrifice. It is becoming clearer by the day that these aren’t gaffes, this is what President Obama believes.
“President Obama’s Jobs Council hasn’t met in the last 6 months, and he hasn’t received a daily economic briefing in the last year, yet he found enough time for 111 fundraisers and 10 golf outings. It’s obvious President Obama’s priorities are elsewhere. He would rather focus his time campaigning to save his own job than helping the millions who are struggling in theirs.
“It’s time we get someone in the Oval Office who understands the economy, has experience meeting a payroll, and will focus on getting the American people jobs–instead of trying to save his own.”
