Paraphrasing Chris Christie, “If President Obama knew the supercommittee would be a failure and you just stood by and watched it happen, then what the hell are we paying you for?”
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie tells is like it is as he launched the reasonable question to President Obama after Democrats were unable to come to a deal on long-term deficit reduction by Thanksgiving, 2011.
Christie, who many hoped would get into the race for president in 2012, told Obama he should return to the corrupt Illinois Senate, where he can go back to just voting, “present” as it appears he really doesn’t like the job of being President of the United States. Especially considering the fact that he has accomplished absolutely nothing since being elected president except worsening the economy and dividing the people of the United states pitting one class against the other.
His foreign policy has consisted mainly of apologizing to other nations for the United States. As far as the putting to an end, those terrorists and enemies of the United States, most intelligent people realize they are a result of the Bush policies and certainly has nothing to do with Obama, unless you count, “oh you found Bin Laden, ok go get him” Boy, that must have been a tough decision!
Gov. Christie went on to say “If Obama wanted to run for Senate again and just be 1 of a 100, I’m sure he could have gotten reelected over and over again in corrupt Illinois,” while at a press conference in Camden, New Jersey.
“He’s the one in Washington and he’s got to get something done here. And it’s not good enough just to say, ‘Well, I’ll get it done after the election.'” Christie said, adding that he was pissed off at Obama for his ridiculous decision to stay out of negotiations because the so-called “supercommittee” tasked with striking a deal on deficit reduction was doomed to failure.
“Well then what the hell are we paying you for?” Christie said, adding ” ‘It’s doomed for failure so I’m not getting involved?’ Well, what have you been doing exactly?” as Obama seems to have been running a campaign since taking office in 2009.
Christie said the Occupy Wall Street movement and the Tea Party movement both stem from “an anger that government can’t get things done,” and of course the similarities end there with the Tea Party having clear and concise goals while the Wall Street protesters are clueless kids without jobs who want everything for free and have been stirred up by Obama’s class warfare rhetoric.
Christie clearly called President Obama out by saying, “They look at Washington, D.C. and they look at a president who is a bystander in the Oval Office.
