Francesco Schettino, captain of the cruise liner Costa Concordia, apparently was not aware of the dangers of sailing the Costa Concordia cruise ship too close to shore where he ran the ship aground killing at least 11 people, possibly 22 others and threatening the lives of 4,160 others. Schettino and his brother in law have both commented that if not for Schettino, it, “could have been worse” Yet Schettino apparently had dinner made for him just after the ship crashed instead of helping passengers on board the ship get to safety.
Barack Obama, who is seemingly unaware of the dangers of what his radical Liberal policies will cause, has run America INTO the ground killing millions of jobs and causing further damage to America’s struggling economy. Obama can often be found playing a round of golf after oil spills, natural disasters and economic downgrades. Obama has often said, “it could have been worse”
Schettino is currently under house arrest as many ask the question, “why isn’t Barack Obama in jail for destroying this country?”
Apparently the cruise ship captain had announced that it was “only a blackout” after the ship had run into large jagged rocks tearing a mammoth hole into its hull. The Costa Concordia had announced: “it’s just a power failure” to coast guard 30 minutes after ship ran aground.
Barack Obama has been heard saying, “there is a recovery” and most intelligent people know that is about as true as the “blackout” statement mentioned above. So why isnt Barack Obama in jail? I guess it could be worse… or could it?
Update: 01/30/2012: Since this article appeared on January 20, Reince Priebus, Republican National Committee (RNC) chair has now also compared Obama to captain of the Costa Concordia cruise liner, which ran aground off the coast of Tuscany earlier this month and resulted in the deaths of at least 17 people. Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz, who is a Democratic congresswoman from Florida, said “The captain of the Costa Concordia has been charged with manslaughter and for the RNC chairman to compare the president of the United States to someone who has been charged with manslaughter shows a dramatic level of insensitivity to the families of those victims.” But many believe that America has sustained a killing blow by Barack Obama and stand by the analogy.
