The Occupy protesters have no central philosophy, no central cause and no substantive arguments outside of wanting someone, other than themselves, to foot the bill for their living expenses, student loans, etc. A large number of freeloaders who occupied the park have no clue of a central message other than “wealthy people are evil and should pay…” President Obama’s repetitive message of making the wealthy pay their fair share, despite the fact that the wealthy already pay 100 times their “fair share” compared to other Americans, resonates with the freeloaders in Zucotti Park. Obama has expressed support for these protesters over the Tea Party movement. Many find it amazing that a president would side with lawless, violent, drug addicted, criminals who are defecating in the streets, raping women, and vandalizing the public park over the respectful, orderly, clean, peaceful, responsible protesters in the Tea Party. The media refuses to report these facts.
Obama relates well with the Wall Street Occupiers and has sympathizes and supported them 100% having made a career out of the radical, Communist method of community organizing before becoming President of the United States.
After the New York Police forced Zuccotti Park occupiers out of park, Liberal lawyers looking to make a name for themselves immediately woke up a the Liberal ACLU judge with a so called “civil liberties” background and asked for her help. for Occupy Wall Street
Lucy Billings, a NY Supreme Court Justice signed an early-morning order temporarily barring police from keeping protesters and tents out of Zuccotti Park. This is lawlessness at work in its finest hour.
The good news is that Billings has been taken off the case with court administrators preparing to randomly choose a fair judge. Billings’ name was taken from the list of candidates.
Lucy Billings spent 25 years as a lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union, well known for representing terrorists and other hardened criminals and wrongdoers.
Billings has said that she has devoted her to Liberal policies and stances disguised as public service, especially for the “disadvantaged” [such as terrorists, multiple convicted criminals] “under desperate circumstances,” she wrote in a 2007 pre-election statement.
Occupy Wall Street lawyers called Billings at 6:00 AM Tuesday morning after NY police moved into Zuccotti Park to remove the criminal protesters. Police removed the occupiers’ tents and other camp equipment so sanitation Department could come in a remove the 3 tons of excrement and garbage piling up.
Liberal lawyer Daniel Alterman wouldn’t say why they called Billings first, saying that he’s not a “gossip guy.” LOL!
Billings signed an order declaring police are not allowed to evict trespassers who aren’t breaking the law, although that is not true as we have all seen, or stop protesters from entering with tents. It is illegal to camp out in any area of NYC. This is ridiculous.
Billings’ involvement was short-lived. Thank God.
At 11:30 a.m., court officials were scheduled to use a computer program to pick a new judge for an afternoon hearing on the restraining order to determine if the tents can be erected again.
Billings’ name will not be included because she usually handles real estate cases, court officials said.
So let me get this straight, I can get my tent and go find a park and go camp out, urinate and leave excrement on the ground, do drugs, rape women, burglarize people, and all that is legal??? WOW!!!
