Maxine Waters is not a terribly intelligent woman. When you hear her speak, you find yourself perplexed on how this woman got elected into any position of importance. If you line up every controversial racist hateful divisive word Maxine Waters has ever uttered, you would be left wondering how many brain dead fools out there vote.
Congressman Maxine Waters faces a House trial on three charges of ethical wrongdoing, setting the stage for a public airing of ethics problems for the longtime Democratic lawmaker.
The charges center around Waters involvement in a bank where her husband owned stock and had served on the board of directors.
Waters, who denies the charges, is accused of violating:
1) A House rule that Members may not exert improper influence that results in a personal benefit;
2) The government employees’ ethics code prohibiting granting or accepting special favors for the employee or family members that could be viewed as influencing official actions; and
3) A rule that Members’ conduct must reflect creditably on the US House of Representatives.
